By accessing and using echeckbills.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

echeckbills.pk provides an online platform to check electricity bills for all 11 DISCOs in Pakistan. Bill data is fetched from PITC (Pakistan Information Technology Company) — the official government data source.

3. Disclaimer

echeckbills.pk is an independent consumer service and is NOT affiliated with WAPDA, PITC, NEPRA, or any electricity distribution company (DISCO).

While we strive for accuracy, bill data is sourced from external government systems and may occasionally contain errors or delays. Always verify important billing information through official DISCO channels.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to excessively query our API
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Resell or commercially redistribute bill data without permission

6. Bill Calculator

The electricity bill calculator provides estimates based on publicly available NEPRA tariff rates. Actual bills may differ due to FPA fluctuations, arrears, and other variable charges. Calculator results should not be considered official billing amounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

echeckbills.pk shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to incorrect bill information, missed due dates, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
